Shipping & Delivery Policy
- We process all orders within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
- Once your order is dispatched, the estimated delivery time is:
– Within Himachal Pradesh: 3–4 business days
– Other states in India: 4–7 business days
- Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier service availability, public holidays, or unexpected delays.
- After dispatch, you will receive order tracking details through email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
Please ensure that the shipping address and contact details provided at checkout are correct to avoid delivery issues.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched. Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.
- Discount vouchers are valid for one-time use only. If an order placed with a voucher is cancelled, the voucher will be considered used and cannot be reused.
Return & Refund Policy
- Due to the consumable and hygiene-sensitive nature of our products, products from Muscle Momentum Nutrition are generally non-returnable.
- Returns will not be accepted for subjective concerns such as taste preference, flavour variation, or individual digestive sensitivity. We recommend consulting your doctor before starting any supplement.
If you receive a damaged, tampered, or incorrect product, please email us at musclemomentumnutrition@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery and include:
- An unboxing video (mandatory)
- Clear photos of the product, invoice, and inner & outer packaging
- The batch number visible on the packaging
Our team will review your request and respond within 48–72 hours.
- Please do not use the product once you have raised a complaint. Keep it aside until the issue has been reviewed and resolved by our team.
- Do not accept any shipment that appears damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery. We are unable to process return or replacement requests for tampered parcels that have already been accepted.
- If your order is returned due to unsuccessful delivery attempts, please contact our support team. We can arrange a re-dispatch (subject to product availability) or provide a refund in the form of a store voucher.
